Ingredients:
Baqer Khani |
- 3 cups Maida
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Tbs Ghee
- 2 Tsp. Dry Yeast
- 2 Tbs. Water
- 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- Badam and Pista, Peeled and grated
- 1 Cup Kaju
- 1 Tsp Kewra Water
- Salt To taste
- 1/2 Tsp. Green Cardamom powder (OPTIONAL)
Method:
- First of all take one small vessel.
- Take 2tbs water and add 1 tsp sugar and kewra water or green cardamom powder.
- Make it little hot then add dry yeast.
- In other vessel warm the milk and add sugar, mix well.
- Now take another big vessel mix maida & baking powder.
- Now add yeast, milk with sugar and knead the dough.
- Wrap with wet cloth for 10 minutes.
- After 10 min add dry fruits and garam ghee.
- Wrap with wet cloth for 30 min.
- After 30 min take one small round roll it.
- Make wholes with the fork.
- Keep in preheated oven 220c for 10-12min.
- Then spread ghee on it.
